Today I actually told Dr. Morgan and his assistant that they are a well-oiled machine! Had me in, out and on my way in no time at all! More Went in as a new patient for a general dental check-up. Was in and out within 1 hr. Impeccably clean office. Friendly and helpful staff. Large visible screen with x-ray/pt info as visual aid throughout appt. Hygienist was awesome about explaining and narrating what's happening. Definitely would recommend. 5/5 stars.

More I had a horrible accident where I completely shattered my tooth. The very next day Dr.Morgan scheduled me and took great care of me. I was in very severe pain as the root of my tooth and exposed and during my appointment I was not caused any further pain or discomfort as he was able to fix it all up. Brady was also outstanding and all staff around made me feel very much at ease.

Going to the dentist is an uneasy ordeal for a lot of people, but they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Morgan is down to earth & soft spoken. He was VERY gentle when applying my braces; it didn’t hurt at all. We found our new place, I am so pleased!
More Dr.Morgan and his staff are EXCELLENT! Dr. Morgan extracted my wisdom teeth, no problems and it was a clean extraction. I was out of his office in less than hour! Yuri also did a FABULOUS job on my cleaning and Michelle was very supportive and comforting during my extraction. I will continue to go to North Star Dental for ALL of my dental needs!

More Sorry for the previous 1 Star rating. We like the staff, but there is no excuse for the incompetence of the individuals who are not available to make the crowns and those who can't seem to match the colors. As a result of their unprofessional methods of doing business (the individuals that North Star uses ), we have had to make roughly six additional visits just to get one crown set and with the right color. As of this review, it is still not done.
So - a one star rating for the "para-dental" businesses (or whatever they are called) that North Star uses and a four for North Star until they replace them. Otherwise, North Star is awesome.

More I went to Dr Morgan for a second opinion regarding a tooth extraction and having a bridge made at a cost of $6000! No only did he determine that the tooth in question did not need to be pulled (meaning no bridge required)- the other dentist and hygienist did not tell me My pain was due to gum disease!! Long story short, they did two crowns instead and are helping restore my dental health. And it is costing much less. The best part is, they are also very friendly and genuine. Glad U went for a second opinion.

The staff too were welcoming and professional. As for my dental care, it was superb. The hygienist described the what and why of her work and I found myself very comfortable with my care. Dr. Morgan is kind and knowledgeable without being overbearing or suggesting unnecessary care. When my baby began to fuss part way through the visit, they even had someone there to make him happy! Overall, I can't say I've been to a better office.

Desert Ridge Dental is completely different than any other dental office. Everyone is very kind and emphathetic. Dr Morgan is extremely polite and never seems to rush with his patients. They do a great job of going over all treatment options should you need more than just a cleaning.
They are not quick to want to fill "potential cavities", but they take more of a monitoring approach, and then address problem areas when it's appropriate to do so. I really appreciate that because these costs add up.
I highly recommend the Holly location for dental care.

Today I actually told Dr. Morgan and his assistant that they are a well-oiled machine! Had me in, out and on my way in no time at all! I have been a patient of theirs for a few years now, and Dr. Morgan and his staff (shout out to my hygienist Shannon!) are awesome. I actually look forward to my 6 month cleanings! More I just moved here from Atlanta after 40 years with the same dentist. Dr Morgan was recommended to me by my PCP and I couldn't be more pleased. He was easy to communicate with and all his staff were kind and attentive. I do not have dental insurance now that I am retired, but they have their own dental plan that will save me money. More I chipped a fake tooth and this place was kind enough to get me in on short notice. I had a bad experience at another dentist late last year and have been hesitant to find a new dentist since then. The doctor, tech, assistant, and secretary were all very helpful and pleasant. They worked with my insurance to make sure I paid the minimum out of pocket and were able to fix my tooth that day. I'm very happy with the quality of work; the mended tooth looks better than it did before. I felt very comfortable and scheduled cleanings for my wife and myself. I'm relieved my wife and I have found a dentist we can trust.

I was given a referral to a orthodontist that can do my procedure. They took good care of me the doctor was very friendly and very comforting, explained what type of procedure I would need. This is always a superior experience. Professional, honest and decent, not trying to convince you to have unnecessary work done. Dr. Morgan filled a tooth that another dentist tried to give me a crown for. Five years and it's still in good shape. Yamile is the absolute BEST hygenist in town and they're always on time. Reccomend these folks without any reservation.
